The Baam Lab project is a flexible and constantly changing laboratory. Baam Lab is formed to create diverse ideas and turn them into solutions or businesses whose mission is to develop services or products tied to the present and future issues of the city and urbanization so that it can share its experiences with the city and its residents. These issues include intelligent management and planning space, health, food, and sustainable energy use.
In this way, each person is able to grow some of the products they need in a healthy and accessible environment and be part of the process of regeneration and sustainable development of their city by effectively utilizing the space around them. Focusing on this issue, designing and constructing greenhouses suitable for urban agricultural research was the first idea that came to Baam Lab. The main criteria of this project are:
- Designing and constructing the light structure suitable for the seismic zone
- Developing the idea of urban agriculture and its combination with architecture
- Developing the idea of using gray water, solar energy, and surplus energy production for the main building
