Iran Mall Hotel project with an area of ​​approximately 85,000 square meters is a part of Iran Mall’s multi-purpose complex. The facade of the hotel with an approximate area of ​​75,000 square meters consists of three systems (curtain wall and ceramic, spider and sliding windows, and composite metal coverings) with an approximate height of 100 meters. In this project, to prevent the significant effects of wind and earthquake, complex facade design, special details, and systems, various materials for use in high elevations have been used. The existence of numerous design and construction contractors is one of the main reasons that justify the necessity of a design manager to supervise and manage all stages of the design and construction of facades on behalf of the client. Hotel facade design management services from the beginning of design to the end of construction (2017 to 2019) were the responsibility of NESHA. The topics of facade design management services in this project were: preparation of evaluation documents and selection of contractor for design and construction, control of facade structure, control of facade architecture, double-checking the design and construction documents in facade engineering, and project management leadership.

This project is one of the most complex and largest industrial facade projects implemented in the country.
