One of the most important challenges facing residential renovation projects is to satisfy the needs of the clients while complying with the constraints and fixed building infrastructures that limit the design. 

The renovation project of Bagh Ferdos apartment (design and construction) with an area of ​​155 square meters faced the same challenge. The design of this project was conducted according to the client’s request to have a space to watch TV, study, and entertain a small group of guests and a terrace with adequate skylights, giving priority to the middle space as a private living room which is in connection with the kitchen, the library, and the workspace. 

In this project, the linear connection in the previous plan was upgraded to a network system and new connections were formed between the existing spaces. 

Other important points of the project include the attention to details in the design, choice of materials according to the existing furniture of the client, lighting design, and changing and corrections of the connections of the space.
