The design and renovation project of the fourth floor of the Omran-Abshar Espadana company, located in the 06 barracks, was proposed to settle a part of the Nesha’s staff. Hence, many design approaches are the same as the NESHA headquarters. These similarities include: paying attention to the flexibility of spaces in performance, maintaining the corporate‘s identity in interior design and decoration design, and maintaining transparency.
This aging historic building, which is part of the large garden of the 06 Barracks, has been used as a dormitory for soldiers, which has undergone significant changes during the renovation of the fourth floor as an office space.
These changes include creating rips in the ceiling for lighting and a half-floor due to the high ceiling height. Creative spaces such as the silent room, which is the result of previous experience in the interior design of the NESHA’s headquarters, are located on this half floor. Paying attention to detail along with the aesthetics of the interior design and considering the landscapes of the 06 barracks landscape are some of this project’s features. The project was designed and implemented while the other three floors of the building were in operation.
