Valiasr Street, while the green axis of the Tehran metropolitan area, could also be considered an effective element in the formation of initial architecture ideas of projects in the neighboring area of the street.
The headquarters of Paydar Pey Sazeh Company, located in Valiasr St. and commissioned by Paydar Pey Sazeh Engineering Company on a land plot of 700 square meters, 9 office floors and a ground floor (including lobby and dining room) and three basement floors (parking) has been designed and constructed in 2017.
In this project, special attention has been given to the facade design with the main idea being the reflection of the street’s green element on it, which has resulted in the largest facade constructed with glass structure in Iran.
In the interior design of the complex, in addition to offices, leisure and social gathering areas are also considered essential.
The transparency in the office spaces of this project, while providing distinct zoning for users’ activities, is another important factor in the interior design of the project. Separating the movement axis and workspaces by changing the materials of the roof and the floor defines the boundaries of different territories. Using a network access system has also guaranteed the communication and connection between different and diverse work and leisure areas.
Due to the need for sunlight penetration into the workspaces as well as the relationship and interaction of work fields, activity boundaries are designed to be ultimately transparent.
