With the expansion of cities and urbanization, military-owned lands that were once outside the city borders are not only gradually merging inside the cities, but nowadays are also neighbors of important settlements and city centers.

For nearly half a century, it has been decided to move these military bases outside the city and allocate these lands to the city’s necessary uses.

NESHA is responsible for land development planning of the site while preserving natural and historical values, etc., and preparing plans for the development of buildings and open spaces in this complex.
