Ali Naghavi Namini, Ali Abhari, and Ali Andaji will participate as lecturers in the First Tehran Design Week 2025, which will be held on November 13th, 2025.

In this event, they will discuss architecture and technology with a focus on system design, and “Chidemana” will be introduced as a platform for designing and constructing homes — a concept that explores the intersection of architectural design and technological innovation.

Hamidreza Mousavi and Shadi Aziz participated as lecturer in the second Conference of Isfahan Builders and Archtects, which was held on June 21 and 22, 2023. In this meeting, Hamid Reza Mousavi together with Mehrdad Zawareh Mohammadi held a training workshop entitled “The Red Ocean of Architectural Profession”.

Hamidreza Mousavi along with Masoud Hatami, Mehdi Grami, Roshank Tehrani, and Reza Najafian were announced as judges for the interior design competition of the Kooche publication office. The deadline for submitting documents is 24:00 on the 11th of August 2023 and the date of announcing the results is the 12th of October 2023.

Fereshte Book City and Vara Publishing, with the support of Negin Shahr Ayandeh Consulting Engineers (Nesha), will host a book review session on “Architectural Promenade” on Wednesday, July 19, at 5:00 p.m. The event will feature the presence of Reza Daneshmir, Ali Kermanian, and Hamidreza Nasernasir, along with the authors of the book, Ali Naqvi Namini, and Ali Abhari, at Fereshte Book City.

From NeshaNevesht books collection, Vara has published the title: Architectural Promenade.

NeshaNevesht is the title chosen by Nesha’s research and development department to reflect and publish theoretical explorations and results. These results may have been obtained during the study of ongoing projects or may have been gathered independently. The authors wrote in a part of the introduction of the book:

“We have known for several years that nothing works by simply “translating”. Of course, we learn and apply impartially from all sources, but we try to include something aboriginal in these learnings. The claim of authorship is an exorbitant claim, but we consider it to be a difficult and pleasant concern at the same time, so we try to create what we call a textual. In these texts and in the field of analysis, we may be drawn to different realms, therefore, the book essays do not necessarily stay within the limits of architecture and city. Maybe we don’t fundamentally believe in the limitation of architecture and urbanism, on the contrary, we believe that the architecture of our time is neither comprehensible nor has an efficient and contemporary achievement without understanding its intertwining with other human phenomena…”

The Architectural Promenade – the third volume of NeshaNevesht – is the first book of this series, which, for some reasons, was published earlier than the first and second. The book tries to introduce a new view of the theory and the efforts made in creating spaces based on it by re-examining the technique/theory of architectural promenade and understanding the buildings and projects related to this theory.

NESHA has successfully Obtained a construction management certificate as the first company in the urban design field.

NESHA Consulting Engineers succeeded in obtaining the certificate of Construction Management qualification in three disciplines with first grade. These specializations are: “Urban design”, “Residential, Commercial, Administrative, Industrial, and military buildings”, and “Educational, Sports, Health, and Medical buildings”.

NESHA is the first company that has succeeded to obtain this certificate in the field of urban design.

The Women in Architecture and Construction Award recognizes women who contribute to or promote the built environment of the Middle East and North Africa. It is split between a Rising Star Award and Woman of Outstanding Achievement.

Shadi Azizi was one of the three finalists of the Tamayouz Award in the “Women of Outstanding Achievement” category in 2020. The awards ceremony was held in January 2023, and Shadi Azizi, as one of the nominated to receive the award, lectured at this event.
