P.S.Co Official Building

Pesyan office building, located in Tehran, Valiasr St., Pesyan St., is built in a land lot with the gross area of 703 square meters and consists of nine office stories, the ground floor which contains the lobby and restaurant, and three underground stories as a parking lot.

This project was initially designed and implemented for a residential use. The skeleton of the building was installed accordingly and the walls and copings were built based on residential plans. After a change in the ownership of the building, the project plan also changed and as a result, the design of the central office for the Paydar Saze engineering group, with the new administrative usage, was assigned to this firm.

Apartment 213 is the fifth project in the Mehrshahr experience. In this experience, Mehrshahr’s villas are constructed in accordance with the new developing ways of modern life with an emphasis on identity and environmental components of the area, and the architecture of the home in the meeting point of the basic patterns.

Compiling the new housing criteria will be one of the most delicate strategic steps in the architectural development and urban
design. This project, by finding these criteria, tries to provide a modern answer for the style and goal of living.

Apartment 111 Residential

Apartment 111, located in the first phase of Mehrshahr district, is constructed in four stories and based on the prevalent pattern of the area and also based on the interactions between the green spaces and living spaces.  The residential ‘Apartment 111’ is a complex with 12 residential units, 2880 m2 gross floor area in three stories, built on a 1800 m2 land, and located on the first phase of the Mehrshahr district in Karaj.
